Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By signing up for or using Realry X(the “Service”), operated by The Real Group (TRG), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Realry X lets advertisers connect their own advertising accounts (such as Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, Amazon, and Reddit), view performance across those channels in one dashboard, and receive AI-assisted analysis and recommendations. Where you authorize it, the Service can also perform requested campaign actions on your behalf.
3. Connecting advertising accounts
You connect an advertising account through that platform’s authorization flow. You represent that you are authorized to access and manage the accounts you connect. You may disconnect any account at any time, which ends our access to it. Our handling of connected data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Campaign actions & authorization
Any change the Service makes to your advertising — such as pausing or resuming a campaign — is taken only on your explicit instruction. We record such actions and, where the platform allows, they are reversible. You remain responsible for your advertising and its compliance with each platform’s policies and applicable law.
5. Billing
Paid plans and any media-cost handling are billed as described at sign-up (for example, a prepaid wallet via Stripe, with campaigns auto-pausing at a configured balance floor to prevent overspending). Fees and any markup are disclosed before you are charged.
6. Acceptable use
You warrant that you hold the rights to advertise the products and content you promote and that you comply with consumer-protection and advertising regulations and each connected platform’s terms.
7. Refunds & disputes
Prepaid top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law; spend disputes must be raised within 30 days of reconciliation.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Outstanding wallet balances, minus unsettled spend, are refundable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Seoul, subject to applicable local consumer-protection law.
11. Data processing
For customers subject to GDPR, data handling follows our Data Processing Addendum, incorporated by reference.
12. Changes
We provide at least 30 days’ notice of material changes; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
